Hi SAP Guru,

I have problem in my Warehouse Management process.

Please any help for my condition

Here is the condition

I have material number

BBAZZ3J11300

BBAZZ3L11600

BBAZZ3P11900

I want to create an scenario where Transfer Order document is created first before material document, using an Inbound Delivery

Inbound delivery is created as

BBAZZ3J11300 600 PCS

BBAZZ3L11600 600 PCS

BBAZZ3P11900 900 PCS

The as information for the palletization

Pallet 1 : BBAZZ3J11300 ==> Quantity 240

BBAZZ3L11600 ==> Quantity 300

Pallet 2 : BBAZZ3L11600 ==> Quantity 245

BBAZZ3P11900 ==> Quantity 300

Pallet 3 : BBAZZ3J11300 ==> Quantity 360

BBAZZ3L11600 ==> Quantity 55

Pallet 4 : BBAZZ3P11900 ==> Quantity 600

I using LT0F for create a Transfer Order.

The detail condition in LT0F are

1. First in Active Worklist will show

BBAZZ3J11300 600 PCS

BBAZZ3L11600 600 PCS

BBAZZ3P11900 900 PCS

2. I select BBAZZ3P11900 for inactive items, the I change

BBAZZ3J11300 to 240 PCS

BBAZZ3L11600 to 300 PCS

then press "Create SU (single)"

Then after the process complete I return to Active Worklist. But the outstanding quantity for

BBAZZ3J11300 360 PCS

BBAZZ3L11600 300 PCS

Is missing from active worklist and also not in Inactive Item

This mean that I have to create one Transfer Order for each pallet.

Is this a standard feature when I am using LT0f for a scenario I want?

Or is there any configuration I am missing?

Please help me.

Thanks A Lot

Best Regards,

Sugiharto

In one pallet, if you have a mixed materials then you need to break the pallet, then according to each material quantity system will propose SUTs for each material. Then you will be able to create TOs.

I hope you are clear now.

Hi Ganesh,

Thanks for the reply.

I doing this because in one pallet, there will be a mixed material combined in it.

That means I can not use palletization in material master, since if I use it, It will create one pallet for one one material only.

Or maybe I have a wrong step when doing a palletization for my condition?

Thanks

First of all why you are not selecting all active items? If you selct all active items system will propse SUTs according to master data set up. If you are selcting one SUT then obviosusly you need to create for each pallet.

Please let me know if you have further question.
