Stop the errored messages from automatically restarting

Hi,

In sxmb_moni we see messages that have errored out are autmatically restarted every hour. We are not sure how these messages are autmatically restarted. We have set the "IS_RETRY_LIMIT" parameter to "0" since we do not want mesages to automatically start. We want the errored messages to be restarted manually using sxmb_moni.

We even checked we have not scheduled the "RSXMB_RESTART_MESSAGES" report.

Could you please let us know how we could stop the automatic restart of the errored message.
