End user created the shopping cart will givining a message saying that "shopping cart has missed the deadline for approval"

Hi,
Usually when the workflow is configured...
They setup deadline Remainder mails, they setup for 5 to 7 days depend upon the client requirement.
When they setup the deadline remainder that means after 5 days first remainder goes to approver(who has to approve the cart and the cart is in his inbox). Since the cart is in in his inbox and he has approve , which he has not done. So the remainder mails goes to approver to approve the cart.
Until and unless he approves the cart the remainder deadline mails will be sent to Approver.
