Hi Akhtar,

In CTM PPDS environment, CTM does not consider Teardown time because in CTM PPDS, CTM uses PPDS PPM for planning rather than SNP PPM.

The following link justifies this.

Hi Akthar,

As tear down activity/time will be maintained in R/3, during ciffing the same data will be transferred to PPMs. As CTM uses SNP PPM during planning, it uses the teardown time from R/3 material master.

Hi,

Thanks for your reply. When i transferred the Routing which has teardown time is transferred to PPDS PPM . When i am checking and activating the PPM,I am getting warning message that no output component is assigned to Teardown activity. When i am checking the masterdata in CTM,i am getting error no PPM is assigned to the product.

i am using CTM with PPDS masterdata. It is said that CTM will not consider Teardown activity. How far it is correct? How the Tear down activity is reflected in PPM?

Advance Thanks

Aktar
