Deleted delivery document appears in document flow

Hi,

A delivery document has been deleted. When checked in table LIKP and LIPS it is not existing. But when checked in VBFA (document flow table) table, it is existing and also it appears when we check the document flow from sales order.

How to remove it or how to proceed further..?

Not sure about the SAP version you are working on.

You may need to check OSS note 74513 - Correction program: document flow for non-exist. delivery

If your system contains document flow records from sales orders for delivery segments that no longer exist, you can delete these document flow records and the incomplete delivery segments with the correction program specified in the attachment and also adjust the status of the deliveries.

Cause and prerequisites

The problem is caused by a program error.

Solution

This analysis and correction report may only be started manually for a small number of documents.

Always first start the report in the analysis mode and only repair the documents in the correction mode that you are sure contain a document inconsistency.

In particular, ensure that the missing deliveries for existing document flows are not archived. If you correct such documents, the delivered orders with archived deliveries will again be delivery-relevant and due for shipment!!!So never schedule this report for regular execution as a job.

Create the program specified below in your system and execute it in the analysis mode.If you discover documents with database inconsistencies, execute the program in the correction mode for these documents.

S_VBELN:

Document numbers of the sales orders whose document flows fordeliveries should be corrected.Choose appropriate ranges for the document numbers as the selection criteria to avoid long runtimes.

P_TEST = 'X': Analysis mode: Analysis of the incorrect document flow records, no changes in the document.

P_TEST = ' ': Correction mode:Document flow records of sales orders for deliveries that no longer exist and the incomplete delivery segments are deleted.

This program is contained in the standard system as of Release 4.5A under the name WS_CORR_VBFA_LIEF_01.

How exactly did you delete the delivery? Did you just use Delete command from the menu or did you delete it by archiving? If it was simply deleted then there must be some kind of a glitch (e.g. a data locking issue) - I would report this to SAP. If they don't resolve this, they will most likely provide a report to fix the data.

If the delivery was deleted after archiving, then the archiving process should be corrected.

Dear Rahul

Go to VA02, input the sale order against which the delivery was deleted and check the document flow against delivery. It should have been "Archived". If not, then you would not have reversed / cancelled the delivery.

If you have checked that it is not there in the table, then it should not feature in the document flow.

Just try once ,log off the system and again log on to it.

Hope it may not feature now.

its still appearing even after loging off and log in again..
