Archiving with IXOS

I have recently implemented SAP archiving using ixos server in our company. I am facing an issue in the last part of the archiving when the document is deleted and ready to be stored . I am transaction SARA and when i click on 'STORAGE SYS "button and click on stores file .I go ahead and select a document which has been deleted and start the job. The job fails with the error

I have checked the file and the file is present in the directory which i have mentioned in the content repsoitry. Dir has all access and NFS mounted to seen both from ECC system and IXOS server.

When i click on the MANAGEMENT BUTTON ON SARA and check the detail for archiving session . This is the information for the document which i am trying to archive.

I check with SAP and they came back that in my IXOS server . i have the issue

When i go in OAC0 and check the connection of the repository which i am using . connection check comes OK.

I spoke to IXOS about this auth issue and they says that this auth error is OK as long the connection test is working there should be no issue.

I am at loss , can some please provide some an who has done this before. I amusing ixos 9.6

Can you check if the file has been created in the transfer directory?.... transfer durictory path should be in OAC0.

HTTP/1.1 401 Authorization Required suggest a problem to communicate with the content server HTTP repository so check SAP Note 658442
