Error while confirmation of good in SRM

Hi wehave implimented clasic scinario & and activaed workflow WS10400010 u2013 Without approval,

When i have did Gr in SRm show status Awaiting Approval.

And in BBP_PD tran, it show as bellow.

HEADER I1015 Awaiting Approval

HEADER I1021 Created

HEADER I1038 Complete

HEADER I1044 Confirmed

Hi,

It might be that your workflow is in error due to some missing subworkflows. Go into txn-SWI1 and enter the workitem. Check the technical log and see if any error messages are there.

Other option is use txn-SWI2_DIAG, check if you have any entries. Open the error entries and find out the detailed errors.

If you find something like 'Workflow xxxxx not defined in version xxxx' then you may need to again import that Workflow template. You can use FM SWD_WFD_REPLICATE_FROM_9999 for this.

hi thanks for you reply.

But still its showing same status. I did the posting by transaction SWO1 manually and i am able to create GR but still for next confirmation error is same.is there any other solution.
