Optimizer step 3 is taking too long.

Hi Guys,

I having a problem with the optimizer run, the step 3 is taking too long, for example, for a small set of data, step 1 is taking around 4 minutes, step 2 around 1 minute, and step 3 is taking around 45 minutes. We are trying the trace the live cache...to see where is the problem.

Do anyone ever saw a behavior like that?

Hi Luiz,

Please check the consistency of the master data of the location products that are used alongwith the resources & PPM that are involved in optimiser run. Also ensure the livecache connectivity was proper during the run. Please check the job log as well.
