How to avoid Short_Description" as a field on the 'Items list' in SRM-MDM

Dear Experts,

On the SRM-MDM Catalog SearchUI you can define which fields will be display on the 'Items list'.

We do not want to define "Short_Description" as a field on the 'Items list' (we want to use "Long_description" instead).

Does anybody know how to do it?

Hi Keren,

there is only one way to "hide" the short description field.

On the config UI you have to activate the "Use fixed table layout in list view".

Then on the "Customize Display" you should set the Short Description width as 1.

All the other fields should be 0!

In this case on the UI you cannot see the short description and also you are not able to jump into the item details anymore!

Hi,

I think Short Description has hyper link to detail screen, so you can not remove it.
