JOB to replicate master data

Hi!

Does anyone knows how to create a Job to automatically replicate materials, categories and suppliers from ERP to SRM?

Hi,

The Material/services and Product Categories are tranferred to SRM from ERP via CRM Middleware. You do not require any background Jobs to do so. What you require is to set up the CRM Middleware (you can refer SRM configuration guide), set up the Inbound and Outbound queues and run the Intial download report for the first time. The detla will be transferred automatically as and when they are created. Just keep monitoring your inbound and outbound queues in SRM and in ERP.

You can look into several SAP Notes to help CMR Middleware setup and troubleshooting..find below the important ones:

The Vendors are tranferred to SRM via background Job that should run program BBP_VDSYNC_CUST. You can make the settings for the synchronization in Customizing. Menu path in the Implementation Guide (IMG): SRM Server > Technical Basic Settings >Settings for Vendor Synchronization.

Iu2019ve checked all the notes, but we have materials, categories and services in SRM (we did an initial replication) but now every time we want to pass an extra material, service or category we need to go to transaction R3AS.

Do you know how can we do it automatically?
