IDoc not getting passed to XI - ECC to XI to File

Hi Friends,

I am facing one problem. There is IDoc to File Scenario i.e. ECC-XI-File. In ECC, it is showing that IDoc has been sent successfully to the port while I can not see the IDoc in XI. What could be the reason?

Did you searched SDN for this .

1. SM58 check any error is listed?

2. Check SM59 Connection.

Hi nilz,

Check the metadata in R/3 using we30 transaction.Check whether the metadata in IDX2(XI) is in sync with that in R/3.

If not, delete the metadata in IDX2, and reload the same.

Hi,

if your IDOC structure has changed, then in XI in IDX2 transaction, update the metadata of your IDOC and then re-trigger your IDOC..............

have you configured partner profile WE20 transaction for outbound parameter for your IDOC for sending data to XI port..........

check in SM58 if there is any entry there.........if there is any entry, then select it and click on process button.........

Hi Rajeev,

Thanks everyone.

This was working fine 20 days back when we tested it. Now it is not working. I have checked RFC connection from ECC to XI and XI to ECC. Also Ports I have checked. Partner profile is also correct. This is very peculiar issue which I never faced before.

I will try deleting the Metedata and import it back using IDX2.

Could there be any other problem?

Hi,

just delete the metadata in IDX2 and add your IDOC again in IDX2.........then your scenario will run.
