Unable to complete Java Patching

Hi All,

Am stuck with one component BI_UDI.

Am doing patching for Prd server. Taking from level 13 to 17. Getting below error

Aborted: software component 'BI_UDI'/'sap.com'/'SAP AG'/'1000.7.00.17.0.20080917224249''/'6':

Failed deployment of SDAs:

development component 'com.sap.ip.bi.sdk.dac.connector.jdbc'/'sap.com'/'SAP AG'/'7.0014.20071002095102.0000'/'6' : aborted

Please advice.

Hi,

Open Visual administrator and go to connector container.

Here stop the services for All the connector types and then again start the deployment

After deployment again start the services in all the connector types

Hi,

in which system u r working with JAVA patching, i mean to say is your system version(640/700)

and what is the erro can u post the complete error form the log pages.

You could try deploying that component with SDM then continuing with the JSPM deployment for the rest.
