Route determination at delivery level

Hi

I have maintained two routes for same shipping condition , transportation group but for different weight groups

0001 up to 100 kg -

---

by air ways

0002 up to 2000kg -

---

by road.

At the time sales order its picking the first one (not based on weight) based on ship.cond and trans.grp.

But at the time of delivery based on weight its not getting redetermined of the route.

in configuration side at delivery document level i have given "B New route determination with check"

Just ask me if u have any quries in understandin he above stated.

Dear,

Just check whether, scales regarding weight is not overlapping and how calculation of weight is happening in OBD. Kindly revert back, if still issue persists.

Hi

The weights are not overlapping:

150.000 LB 002 Z001

300.000 LB 003 Z002

SC TGRP WGRP ROUTE

ZA Z001 Z001 SSC001

Z001 Z002 SSC008

If i start with SSC008 on the order and only have SSC001 on the delivery route determination then is makes the change. I want it to start with SSC001 on the order then if the weight is greater than 150LBs it uses SSC008

Hi Ram,

Check weather weights in material is maintained with respectice units i.e Grams/Kilograms.

If not resolved then remove "B" check from customization -Define New route determination by delivery type. and then try.

Revert if not resolved.

A New route determination without check

B New route determination with check
