BugsEye Catalog system information for SRM7.0

Hi Experts,

I am relatedly new for SRM.am a Basis guy and working for SRM7.0 Upgrade now.

I have one query regarding the BugsEye (third party) system.now my client is using BugsEye system for SRM3.0.now they want to upgrade SRM3.0 to SRM7.0. the question is which version of BugsEye system is compatable with SRM7.0. or do we need to implement MDM for BugsEye replacement.

I am searching for this information from the past 2 hours but i am unable to find out the correct componenet matrix for the SRM7.0 like BugsEye related issue.

Can some one please give me the suggestion or else useful links

Hi,

If customer need standard support, they should implement SRM-MDM Catalog.

No more maintenance support for BugsEye Catalog from SAP. You can not find information for non-supported products in general.

Please try following tests.

1. Test OCI connection with current BugsEye from SRM 7.0

Add additional OCI parameter returntarget=_parent. See SAP Note.

2. If OCI does not work, that means your BugsEye does not support the latest OCI handling the return target parameter. You need to implement SRM-MDM catalog 3.0.
