Copy of network from one plant to other plant in system

Dear all,

The system copy's the network of One project to Other project who has different plant & MRP controller.

ie If One project ABC has plant 2000 & MRP controller 200 ,Then the system copy's the network of the said project to another project who has different palnt say 1000 & MRP controller 100.

Q is the system should not allow to copy the network from projects who's plant & MRP contoller is different.

Pls guide me in detail how i could stop this in system.

pls provide necessary steps is some configration has to be done with it.

Copy only the WBS elements to a new project, not the network by transaction CJ01. After copying WBS elements to new project create network saperately.
