Equipments issued against a WBS element

Hi All,

We have came up with a requirement that once equipments issued against a WBS element, those issued are required to be installed automatically at the Functional Location which stated in the WBS element.

Is it Possible? or how we could cater this?

It would better if we could do this with out a ABAP development.

I do not believe that this is possible in std SAP
