Hello all,
so what does the order change line means, when i look at the changes done to the order, i see green lines, yellow lines and red lines, what do they mean, and also the red sign next to it, and yellow & green sign next to it, what meaning do they have, any input on how to read the change order.
regards
Dear Sunny
This is the general outcome for the changes made in sale order
- If you make any changes to the sale order and it will not have any impact on the already created documents, then those changes will show in green colour. Example, change in order quantity, schedule line date changed, overall status of credit checks changed etc., will show in green colour
- If any new line item is created in the existing sale order, then it will show in yellow colour
- If any data is deleted then it will show in red colour.
thanks

Sunny
This colour indication is the outcome for the changes made in sale order, Red colour indicates of any data in the order if it is deleted, yellow colour indicates if you have created new line item in the existing order however green colour indiacte any changes which will not impact on the already created document like subsequent delivery of order. Hope this is clear.
