Errors in Communication Channel Monitoring

I have a communication channel that that has 3 cluster nodes. One of these is green and is handling all the processing since the other two show errors in the last 3 days. How can I clear out these errors and get two of my nodes back to green and functioning?

Hi Derrick,

The other 2 nodes did not processes any message after the error. The moment a successful message passes through they will turn green.

Hi Derrick,

Try to stop that channel and then start it again in communication channel monitoring.
