Hi,
like in the following thread (/message/599778#599778 [original link is broken]), I get a message "Access is denied" at the bottom of IE and the drop down's are empty.
The web dynpro application is integrated in the portal which is accessed through https but it runs on another java web as which only has http. Both the portal and web AS java are in same domain.
I beleive this is a standard java script problem...
Does anyone know how to work arround this ?
The problem is in the switch from http to https.
My web app is in https and the backend is in http.

Hi,
1.) Ensure that you are using the URL with the correct WAS host. For eg. If your WAS host is "xyz" then use http://xyz:50100/irj/portal and not localhost:50100.
2.) It could be a problem with the theme that you are using try OSS Note no : 779659
