About sustitute authorization

The users assigned as substitute can add new lines for the respective SCs or they only can make changes for the existing lines and approval de SC?

Hi

The level of changes that substitute user can do during approval would depend upon the BBP_WFL_SECURITY authorisation set up for them in the "personalization" tab for the userid. If set to medium or high, they can change shopping carts during approval. If set to none it wouldnot allow any changes.
