Hi There,

Is there any standard SAP transaction that will show the material quantity on hand and the available to promise in one report...I mean combination of MMBE, MB52 and CO09 transactions...

Check in MD04 the sales order qty and the available qty also of the plant

MC(E Material, Incoming Orders

MC(A Customer Incoming Orders

MB53 Plant Stock Availability

Yes. MD04 gives details of one material...is there a report for a range of materials to check for material availability...

To check the material availability in MD04 only you can check . wheather stock is available or not

i would rather request you to consult MM consultant to get approximate data and more data

If you execute MB5B you can see the following datas

- Opening Stock

- Receipt

- Issues

- Closing Stock

Here Closing Stock should be your MMBE stock. Before execute this report, maintain the current date as Posting Date. If the plant is having more materials, then it is better to input Material Type so that the report will be generated fastly.
