You can have colored text in SmartForm. However, you can't specify that it should be colored when you declare the text in SO10. You can declare the text in SO10 with a certain paragraph format. This paragraph format should then be created in a SmartStyle (transaction SMARTSTYLES) with the desired font color. You then include the text from SO10 in SmartForm and it will appear with the desired color.
In SAPscript I don't think that this is doable.
