Installation Error

hi support,

i am installing netweaver2004sr1 in this duration i found an error please watch and give me useful solution...........................

Seems like your Oracle listener is not running.... Check that the DB and Listener are working before resuming.

how can you sloved out dear...

i am also facing same error ...when abap import is running during installation....

OCI-call 'OCIServerAttach' failed: rc = 12541
