deletion of SM13 entries

Hi,

Is there any impact if SM13 entries(update records for certain dates for certain users) are deleted?

Hi,

IUR's {Inturupted Update Reports} generated while executing any transaction are kept or deleted for below reasons:

- They are kepy for Audit purpose, in case of any document number is generated in any create mode VA01, VL01n, VF01, VT01n transactions.

- They are deleted if they are generated in any change mode transactions like in VA02, VL02n, VT02n, VF02 and generally they get generated while issuing an output which is failed and IUR gets generated.

Normally, functional consultant would analyse the IUR by considerring above two points in SM13 and then he/she informs Basis team if that IUR should be kept for audit purpose or should be deleted.
