I have cheked the status of SLD server and it is running.I have tested the RFC destinations(SAPSLDAPI and LCRSAPRFC) as well and they are fine.
In transaction SLDAPICUST ,the user which is defined is PIAPPLUSER.this user is getting locked for every 5mins even thoough we unlock it.
Is this the correct serviceuser to connect to SLD or do we have to define a new one?
any help will be greatly appreciated.
Hi Naresh,
Plz do check for the following points mentioned below:
1. Check if the user PIAPPLUSER is locked.
2. Do a Test connection in SM59 for SAPSLDAPI & LCRSAPRFC. (Make sure this is fine)
3. Goto SLDAPICUST transcation and maintain the URL for SLD and also give the PIAPPLUSER and password.

I think u have recently changed password then try to change that password in UME, SU01 and exchange profile. And also make sure u have changed the password according to this SAP Note 721548.
Also make sure user is not expired.

Vinod.
