Error during set a deletion flag in QM Equipment

Hi Experts,

Thanks in advance.

I try to set deletion flag for a obsolete quality equipment thr' IEO2 and completed. After this as a process i try the same in maintenance plan of the same equipment using transaction IP02 which thrown a error message "Status management , Please check status for reference object".

Can anybody send a complete process steps in SAP for deletion of obsolete equipments and maintain the same as a list in SAP?? standard SAP is supporting us in this regard??

hi

you can set deletion flag for equipment and maintenance plan in IE02 and IP02 , i think system will allow you to do so .check whether you have used any user exit for the maintenance plan

Not so.

This error occurs while doing deletion flag in IP02 only.

hi

in standard it is possible .hence i requested you to check whether any user exit or user status is used in maintenance plan
