Dear Jevan,
NACE is used to create O/P type. So, while creating the output type you will mention forms, and driver program.
Those will be maintained in the Table: TNAPR. If you create the output type using Transaction: NACE then it will be automatically visible in Table: NAST and TNAPR.
If you have your Own o/p Program, Script and Program, then you will assign this by using the T. Code: NACE. Then this thing will appear when you want to print Sales/ Purchase Order or Other.
With the help of NACE, one can assign assign Sap Script and Driver program to O/P type in an application for different mediums (like print/ fax, mail etc..) .

Hi Jeevan
The purpose of t.code NACE is to do the output determination as per the application .But for us this is alternate way of configuring Output determination . But in NACE we have to select the application first like say for at sales order level , select V1 and then select the output type and then do the configuration as per your requirement

In SAP the Output determination depends on the application level.
Such as Sales V1 Billing V3.
In NAce Transaction you can get all the Output Conditions , procedure records and routines in one transaction application wise.
for eg: in MIRO MIGO and ME22n you want sonme outputs you can define the records in nace.
Select the application and then select the condition records and create the records where in you will be able to define the condition records for the output types.

A S

Hi,
[NACE] T code is used for the process of output determination. Using this t code, you can maintain create the condition table, acess sequence, determination procedure and maintain condition records for output from a single screen
Thanks
