hi,

We have an SAP Netweaver AS Java 640 System with TREX 7.0 on Windows 2003 Server 64-bit. A few days ago we uninstalled Commstation 6.0 because it didnu00B4t run properly on our machine. After uninstalling the commstation the sapccmsr.exe from the TREX Instance was stopped.

When i start the whole TREX instance the process runs for about 2 seconds and stops then.

The TrexCCMS.log says:

-

The CCMS Status gave me following output:

PS: The event viewer shows an application error from TREX:

Cannot open Registry key HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\SAP\TRX\Environment (Error 2 ENOENT*: No such file or directory OR: The system cannot find the file specified. ) [ntservmgr.cpp 277]

Has anyone information about this problem and could help me?

Hi,

It looks like registry was edited manually while uninstalling commstation 6.0 and some necessary keys were deleted. If you run out of options please try registering sapccmsr agent again.

Hope this helps.

Hi,

I had that problem once (Service Start but a few seconds after the service is down) and the problem was the Enviroment virable SAP_RETRIEVAL_PATH, make sure that the user under the service runs has defined that enviroment variable.

You can find more information in the Note: "Note 1314557 - TREX 70: SAPCCMSR should be started as service on Windows"

I hope this can help you.

Best regards.

hi, thanks for the answer.

Registering again didn´t help. How can i find out what registry keys are needed for the ccms agent?

Hi,

Please check the service is running or not. Secondly, you can try to find out registry entries by searching windows registry if you have DEV/QAS with the same configuration.

Hope this helps.
