How to publish all the services in sicf

Dear All ,

I have installed SRM 5.0 (ABAP+JAVA) .

I am new to SRM, please help me how to publich all the servers which are in ' sicf '

Also please let me know whether any exta steps need to do after SRM instalation.

Is there any specific SAP doc. for this ?

You can use this report SIAC_PUBLISH_ALL_INTERNAL to publish the templates

Hi Muthu,

I executed the above report , got the out put as all the services are activated.

But when I tried to test the service sicf (bbpsc01 shopping cart).

I am getting the below error...

What can I do?

If the termination type was RABAX_STATE, then you can find more information on the cause of the termination in the system SRM in transaction ST22.

If the termination type was ABORT_MESSAGE_STATE, then you can find more information on the cause of the termination on the application server gesrm_SRM_00 in transaction SM21.

If the termination type was ERROR_MESSAGE_STATE, then you can search for more information in the trace file for the work process 0 in transaction ST11 on the application server gesrm_SRM_00 . In some situations, you may also need to analyze the trace files of other work processes.

If you do not yet have a user ID, contact your system administrator.

Error code: ICF-IE-http -c: 400 -u: 703021396 -l: E -s: SRM -i: gesrm_SRM_00 -w: 0 -d: 20090202 -t: 024703 -v: ABORT_MESSAGE_STATE -e: Attribute for user 703021396 contains errors. Inform system admin.

Hi

In SRM, You must assign the users to organisation structure as per standard.

What are the SRM roles do you have?

Please execute the report BBp_check_consistency for that user for SC.you will come to know what are the attributes are missing for that user.

Hope that your user is assined to organisation structure in SRM and your users must inherit the attributes for shopping.

Attribute check for 703021396 (object US_703021396) has failed.

Procedure

In Transaction PPOMA_BBP, check if 703021396 (object US_703021396) is integrated completely into the organizational structure. If it is a user, carry out a consistency check first.

(You can carry out an extended consistency check and repairs for the user using Transaction BBP_CHECK_USERS. See the documentation before you repair the user.)

I executed Txn PPOMA_BBP as per the log, but I didn't find any object named "US_703021396"

Please help me how to integrate user to organizational structure?

Hi

Please check whether user is existing in Organisation structure via PPOSA_bbp .

If it is not found check up with the business team this user belongs to which org.unit and note that 5XXXXXXX id .

and use USERS_GEN t code for assigning user to organisation structure.

Hi Muthu,

I checked user vis PPOSA_BBP, user exists.

when I execute USER_GEN for that user it is giving error at "object_links"

I checked for an Organisation structure via PPOSA_bbp, but I didn't find any Organisation unit/structure

Hi

As i said earlier you to create a organisation struture in SRM

ppoca_bbp- create

ppoma_bbp- update

pposa_bbp- display

this organisation structure is a backbone of SRM. here for purchasing activity , you need to map all your backend data like company code, purch orga and purch group

plants.. etc...

and later you need to assign the attribute values like cost center...currency ..transaction type

and then only you can do shopping.

Ask your functional consulatant to create a organisation structure.

Hi,

Before creating a shop, you have to do lot of activties with regards to Org maangement,master data replication and attributes assignment, HTTP services activation...etc...

Please go through the sap help and follow the steps..
