How to insert cubic function in RR

Dear Nirmala

this is a complex requirement which is not there in standard. you need to create a function module and assign to it in config. I have not done it before

please read the config details in SPRO> QM > Quality inspection > inspection lot completion > Result recording > define inputs for calc characteristic

I think you want Enter cube (Super script 3) in the Additional info filed available While Resulting Recording. If I am correct, then you enter your result and Enter ALT+0179, we will get super script 3

Dear Nirmala

It is not directly possible to get a cubic of an MIC directly. So you need to create 2 MICs. Considering both 2 be incomplete copy model

1) Let M1 be the mic for which you need to have the cube. Give the necessary setting of control indicators for M1.

2) Create M2 with necessary setting of control indicator . choose in formula in the control indicator Calc. characteristic

3) go to inspection plan

4) Insert the first MIC M1 ( Char number 10 in inspection plan). give the specification if you have for it.

5) insert M2 and enter it will take you to the formula screen. Press F4 and select C0.

6) Please note the sample procedure for the mic M1 & M2 should be the same

Now give formula as C00010 * C00010 * C00010.

6) Save

7) In result recording input the values for M1 and valuate it

😎 for M2 select the mic and valuate it

9) you will get the cube

use Calculated characteristics for the same . please activate the same in MIC control indicator. give the formula for the cube.
