Hello,
Our team is requiring me to reverse the changes in XI mapping i've made in our development XI. I tried to first export the mapping we had in our PRD system and then import it to our development XI environment, a message prompt that all objects where imported successfully but when I try to check the mapping if it was changed I saw that nothing happened, the mapping was still the same as before.
Can anyone help me on this problem.
Thanks,
Alfred

Hi,

Why you need to export mapping from PROD and then import it into DEV....you can refer both the mappings simultaneously and then edit the DEV mapping as per that in PROD....is it not feasible??

Abhishek.

Hi
In the change list tab we have the username you are saying that your mapping has transferred from prod to dev...once you try by changing the user name from change list tab.
Thanks

if you want to reverse the changes in Development, then why would you want that from production? try access the history of the object and activate that...

Did you use
Ctrl+Shift +Right Click on Message Mapping Editor to Export and Import .MTE Files?

Close all the objects that you imported and check again. I dont think it should happen. all objects must be the copy of PRD of you had imported the right objects.
