error during delivery creation

_Hi ,

when i am creating delivery , following error is coming

error--Only 0.000 M2 of material FPRMC93FRBA30001 available.

An item with no delivery quantity is not permitted. Item will be deleted.

plz guide me as what could be the reason

Hi Rishi

As you are getting that error check the data and do the following also :

Go to MMBE and check the stock availability. .Even if you found stock in MMBE then there should be some open sales orders for that material . So go to VA05 , give the material and select open orders and then check wheather there are any open sales orders or not for that material

If stock is not available then go to MB1C and maintain some stock with 561 movement type and then do delivery

Dear Rishi

This means stock is not available for that particular material. Check in MMBE whether stock is available. If available but still you are not able to create delivery, then go to VA02, input the sale order reference and execute. There go to schedule line tab and see whether the stock is flowing under the tab confirmed quantity. If not, from top menu bar, click on Edit -- Item Availability. Now create delivery.
