that can be done by integrating the .NET app via an adapter (SAP Connector for Microsoft .NET from SAP (support of design time requires Microsoft Visual Studio 2003) or the SCF LOB Adapter from Microsoft) or by using Web Services/Enterprise Services. You will find some good information here and also on www.microsoft.com/sap in the interoperability area.
