XI System Copy

Hi

1) I have a situation , where one server of XI was Copied to Another i.e to be precise it was made as an duplicate. So how can i test whether all the objects and everything from the 1st XI server were correctly copied to the Second XI server. I have checked the IR and ID objects, checked the Proxies, checked the RWB and also checked the RFC connections,ABAP Transports and also the Alerts. Are ther anything more to be checked to make sure everything was copied from the 1st XI system to the 2nd one????

2)How to check the SSL Certificates on both the systems???? Is there any Particular t-code or Process to check that.
