Mobile DSD data download issue : "/DSD/ME_DDR_STAT" status on error

Hello All,

DSD Backend scenarios are working fine. We had sent all the master data and shipment IDOC's to the DSD connector and we see the data in the DSD connector tables. In the Mobile DSD application we are having problems in getting the data downloaded to the Nobile client. we noticed that afer the shipment creation in backend the status on the table "/DSD/ME_DDR_STAT" goes to the following status:

DATA_STATUS - N

TRANDAT_STATUS - S

PRCDAT_STATUS - N

and when we try to do a sync from the mobile device it says the

synchronization is completed successfully but the status on the table

changes to Error as mentioned below:

DATA_STATUS - E

TRANDAT_STATUS - S

PRCDAT_STATUS - E

We are not sure what is the issue. We had successfully implemented the

Pricing BADI and also did all the configuration that are related to the

DSD Pricing .

We had implemented the OSS note "1287227 - Price date status E

in /DSD/ME_DDR_STAT set incorrectly". Still the issue exists.

Any suggestions why the status is changing to Error and Master data is

not getting downloaded in to the MI Client.

We are at SP13 and I am using MI client for SP13 with path level 1 for SP 13.

Dear Greetson,

This generolly happens if there is some problem in the Pricing Data.

Please disable all the Sync Bo releated to pricing and again create a tour .....

check whether u are getting the required result.

Also check TRX: SLG1

I will try to update the thread if i could find something more useful for you.

Thanks for your reply. I tried disabling all the sync BO that are related to Pricing and created a tour data but still the issue is there. No tour data to download is the message from MI client.

Any other suggestions????
