How to find the error when the SNP Optimizer stops without any error messag

Hello everyone!!

We have this scenario with SNP Optimizer. We starts an snp optimizer run, the master data are read in step one and when the step two starts, the optimizer suddenly stops without any error message, like infeasible problem, or error nº x...

I tried to analyse the trace file, and the other message logs, but I couldn´t find nothing usefull.

Does anybody knows how to find the possible error? There is a way to debugg or something like that? Our go live is in this weekend and we can´t solve some problems with the optimizer.

On integration tab of SNP optimizer profile,

maintain 'regard as customer demand' for both dependent demands and distribution demands for fixed orders.

By default it is 'regard as hard constraint' which should be changed.
