No customer is assigned to business partner

Hi experts,

I am trying to save a CRM sales contract. When saved (no error before saving) the following error is seen:

"An error occurred in system ER1CLNT100 during account assignment"

Message no. CRM_ORDER_MISC 060

Diagnosis

Errors occurred when assigning an account assignment object to a business transaction. To view the error message, see the accompanying log file.

No customer is assigned to business partner 700055 (Notification E CRM_BUPA_MAPPING 002)

Customer 700055 has been defined in ER1CLNT100 (ECC system) with all relevant data including sales area data as in CRM. This customer is not auto-replicated though. The customer account group is as per PIDE settings. Also an entry exists in CRMKUNNR table for 700055.

Can you please check the note 861116. This tells the reason behind the message CRM_ORDER_MISC 060
