Cost Capturing in PM Order

Sir,

I have created a notification and subsequently created a Maintenance Order based on the notification. I have attached an activity type to the order.

When I close the order, only the cost of the materials that are issued against this order are displayed. The cost associated with the activity type are not captured.

I really don't know whether there are any missing parameters.

Also once the notification is closed, the actual time involved in completing the task will flow automatically into the maintenance order or is it to be entered manually in the Order.

Can anyone help me in this regard.

Hi,

Go and see the error log for cost calculation.

if the message is no Cost variants then go to the Control tab of order & check whether costing variant ,sheet is assigned.If not inform your fi consultant.

In the order whether you are able to see the plan cost in the COST TAB ,for the activity.

You have to confirm the activities or operation for the order in IW41,then only actual cost will be captured in the order.

if you complete the notification ,your operation will not confirm automatically
