Material not upto the mark

I've done SD certification thru an authorised partner. But the material content given by that SAP partner had not touched the Customizing at all. Is it that the material content is sponsored by SAP itself or the partner creates its own study material?

Your question deals with partner training services, but this forum in which you have posted your question is for University Alliances-related questions. I believe the correct form you should be using is the one for Integration and Certification.

Go to the Forums at the top of this page, and you should be able to find the correct one there. It's on the right had side, near the top, and is titled "Integration and Certification Center", or ICC.
