Dear experts

how to change the sales organisation for the existing customer code.

hi,

U cannot change it, but u can block the customer for this sales org through XD05 or u can mark the flag for deletion indicator for this sales org through XD06.

Thanks , I created new code and blocked the existing one.

Hi,

you can create new sales area data with new Sales Org. In XD01OR VD01 for the existing customer.And block the other sales org. for creating any documents .

Dear Raja,

You may extend existing Customer to another Sales Organization.

Transaction Code: XD01

Here, maintain following entries:

1. Account Group (say, 0001 or 0002 etc..)

2. Customer Code (exisitng customer code)

3. Company Code (for the sales Org, to which Customer is getting extended)

3. Sales Area Data (i.e. Sales Org, Dist. Chnl. and Division)

Down the same screen, you will find Tab: reference

Maintain entries for the Customer, to which, you want to extend in new Sales Org.

Dear Raja,

The solution, provided by is the Standard SAP Process to Extend Exiting Customer in to New Sales Area Data (I.e. Sales Org or Dist. Channel or Division).

There is No Question of Not working.

The other way, suggested by other member (of Customer Blocking), is already explained by me, today itself.

I haven't not only suggested - how to Block Customer, But also, How to Delete Customer Master Record, Permanently. Check the same with:
