Automatic updation of RG1

Dear Gurus,

Can any one tell me whether RG1 can be updated automatically during PGI. Or it will be updated manually with J1I5.

I have already assigned movement type 601 to update RG1 in IMG - Logistics genera -- Tax on goods movement.

please help me.

hi,

RG1 can be updated using J1I5 transaction, once u update it you need to do the extraction using T.code J2I5 followed by Print utility program using J2I6 T.Code.

In SAP it is a three step process.

Thank you very much for immediate reply.

I am aware of J1I5 transaction.

But, can I configure the system that, without going for additional transaction, the moment I create excise invoice, RG1 get updated.
