ERP MM Master data

Dear SAP experts,

I am trying to setup a new number range for materials and customers which the customer desires, I used the material attributes views and also tried to setup the number range for material ina special way but havent managed to capture the new number range when I create the material with the new number range.

I would appreicate if you helped me with it with the steps.

Also, Atleast to me, your query is not clear as i am unable to understand, what have you done in Transaction: MMNR, or any other transaction.

Please be more elaborative and informative, in terms of proceses/ transactions.
