Route Determination in Sales Order

Hi,

I have configured route determination of a customer via transportation zone and shipping condition.

but if i dont maintain transportation zone for that customer and create a visit plan for that customer, then route is picked from the visit plan.

how can i control in backend that route determination from visit plan is prohibited and route shoudnt be determined in any case if transportation zone in master data is not entered.

Hi,

check whether you have maintained route while defining visit plan. if you maintain route there then the system takes route from the visit plan.

there is no option of entering a route or route determination in the defining visit plan type. can u please explain the menu path or tcode from which i have to check w.r.t ur msg?
