Roles for RWB (Alert and End-To-End monitoring)

Which roles are necessary for access Alert Configuration, Alert Inbox, End-To-End monitoring?

User has:

SAP_XI_RWB_SERV_USER

SAP_XI_MONITOR_J2EE

SAP_XI_MONITOR_ABAP

SAP_XI_MONITOR

SAP_XI_DEVELOPER

SAP_XI_DEVELOPER_J2EE

SAP_XI_DEVELOPER_ABAP

SAP_XI_ADMINISTRATOR

SAP_XI_ADMINISTRATOR_ABAP

SAP_XI_ADMINISTRATOR_J2EE

Hi Denis,

the roles reuired to access the RWB are:

1. SAP_XI_RWB_SERV_USER

2. SAP_XI_RWB_SERV_USER_MAIN

The roles for the Alert Management are:

1. SAP_ALM_ADMINISTRATOR

2. SAP_ALM_CUSTOMIZER

3. SAP_BC_ALM_ALERT_USER

Dear Bhavesh,

Good Afternoon....!!

I have executed the report "RSXMB_ACTIVATE_ICF_SERVICES" in ECC system in tcode se38.

Later in PI system I have executed the tcode rz10 -->intance profile---->extended maintenance.

Selected icm/server_port_0 and changed the parameter value toPROT=HTTP,PORT=80$$,TIMEOUT=30,PROCTIMEOUT=602.

But still in PI JAVA STACK in rwb I'm finidn the same error 'HTTP 404 RESOURCE NOT FOUND' for alerts.

Hi denis,

for end to end monitoring the roles is SAP_XI_RWB_SERV_USER

and to refer the roles for alert congiguration u can chk out this link

and also for accessing alert inbox the userid has to have the role SAP_XI_MONITOR.

Unfortunatelly it doesn't help....

I still cannot access End-To-End, Alert Configuration, Alert Inbox
