Can anyone help me regarding integration of geographical information systems and SAP R/3 through XI.Any step by step documents or blog regarding that will be very helpful

if the R/3 system is at least 4.6C you can make use of the GIS Business Connector GBC (it has nothing to do with the SAP Business Connector). The GBC is a middleware provided by SAP to link R/3 and GIS (or in general object oriented systems).

I would suggest staying away from the GBC. We tried to use it on a GIS integration project a few years back and it wasn't much help and quite painfull.

Hello,

There a lot of docs in SDN for config between XI and R/3 and about the Geographical Inof systems explore the possiblites of which adapters can be used for this.

In order to find this just check in GIF is it java/.net/...??
