SAP PM - Validation Unsuccesful

Hi

I am trying to run a calibration cycle . I have created equipment , attached fucntional location , created maintianance plan , attached task list to it with inspection points , mic , sampling procedure

Attached inspection type to order type .

when i am releasing the strategy an order is getting created .

The issue is when i am trying to release the order its giving an error message that validation un succesful .

Please suggest me what i should do
