PPS stand alone application.

Hey guys,

According to some Webcast presentation concerning PPS, I have found out that PPS will be integrated to SRM 7.0 (have to be activated though). Whereas it was an add on to SRM 6.0 and 5.0.

However I still have a question.

- Is PPS a stand alone application which could be plug in to SAP ERP without having SAP SRM? or it is just an extension of SRM functionality.

Thanks in advance

Cheers,

Hi

ECC EHP4 and SRM 7.0 - All PPS are inbuilt with SRM 7.0 . I think no more add on to srm.for pps separate licences are required.

It is an extension of SRM. It's more like a Business Package to deploy on Portal with SRM as the back end. Same concept as ESS/MSS for HR module.
