Lock User Request Type GRC AC 5.2

Hello

Is the Lock User request type available in GRC AC 5.2 Access Enforcer?

Can we create a workflow to automatically lock a user in the systems?

Or is it available only in GRC AC 5.3?

Hi Prakash,

As I mentioned before, Request type 'Lock' exists in AC 5.2. Showing available actions is a new feature in AC 5.3 using which you can create your own request types. AC 5.2 contains fixed actions (which you can not see). The following request types have to exist in AC 5.X irrespective of version.

1) Create

2) Change

3) Lock

4) Unlock

5) Delete

6) Password self service.

Check if you or someone have disabled 'Lock' request type or have not imported initial data properly.

Hi Prakash,

Request type 'Lock' has been there from AC 5.1 (AE 3.0). You can always create a separate workflow to automate Lock request.

GRC AC 5.3 has lock, unlock, delete actions that can be assigned.

I dont see any of these actions in GRC AC 5.2. So even if I create a lock request type, and create a workflow around it, how will it lock a user?
