BO Universe Design

Hi,

I'm relatively new to BO & the forum as well. However I have been using crystal reports XI for a while now.

Now, I'm looking forward to create custom universe for crystal reporting. Basically I need following information:

1. What is the product that is used to create a BO universe(bcz I understand that from crystal reports XI a universe cannot be created, correct me if i'm wrong).

2. Any material that explains Universe creation in detail from the scratch.

Any help on this at the earliest is much appreciated.

Hi Gopal,

The Latest Version of Business Objects is BOXi R 3.1 Mira.

Hi Gopal,

Universe Designer is the Tool used to Design Universes in Business Objects.

Here is the Link where you can find the Guide for Designing Universe Designer Material.

Click on SAP Businessobjects Tab at the Top. here you will get all the Guides for all the Version of BO.
