High Availability Environment

Hi all,

Does anybody have some references about how to configure HA Environment. Suppose that we have the following scenario:

3 Server different physical servers, each one with a installation of NetWeaver CE. So I've developed a Guided Procedure process and make deploy to all servers, but the GP Runtime needs to use a Database to store information about the process, but the client will access the server randomly on each available server, so what must be done, all server point to a single database, or have a way to synchronize the databases?

Best regards

First of all: You do not need to install three different servers and do idependant deployments. This can be done via additional app servers of the same systems (aka "dialog instances"). Any deployment to such a system will be distributed automatically to all servers.

Anyhow, this is not a high available system, while it does have some redundancy in case one of the servers goes down. To have a real HA system you need to install one, which is intensively described in the install guides.

Additionally to this you need a switchover environment, that depends on the operating system.
